This site allows me to share my musings and operations on web site operations with a focus on real user monitoring or “passive monitoring” as some people call it.  Although this seems very much like a niche, to me, I believe it represents a critical juncture between the “deep bowels” of web operations and actual revenue, which deals with the end-user performance.
